Our Principles
Our Objective
Share-Time Pictures are designed to assist generic reflection, social identification, reminiscence, relaxation and quiet enjoyment. These video and image presentations are ideal for themed activities programs, storytelling, and as an alternative and passive activity for recreational times with family, friends and care-givers.
Our audience
Our therapeutic and themed images are designed for people with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. They are suitable for sharing with clients and loved ones in home care, day care, and aged care facilities, including Special Needs Units. They are also suitable for frail aged people and younger people with cognitive disabilities.
Nature ~ Home ~ Hobbies
Engaging images and videos are presented in the form of themed short stories. This provides more visual and cognitive stimulation that random images. All our activities include everyday experiences, procedures and activities associated with nature, home and hobbies – familiar experiences for us all that are easy to chat about.

Judi Parkinson’s research for non-verbal communication tools was conducted as a Master in Arts with Honors in Visual Arts degree in 2005. Griffith University approved her coarse design to include learning digital media, Alzheimer’s research, and to work with staff at aged care facilities in Brisbane. Prior to her studies she had worked in Aged Care and Dementia Specific Units for over ten years; it was during this period that she realized there was a need for appropriate media for people in care.
